- Generate new business and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Identify potential customers and develop current business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Conduct field visits and meet prospective customers.
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Ensure excellent customer service and regular follow-ups.
- Maintain daily sales reports and achieve business objectives.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales / Field Sales.
- BFSI or financial services experience will be preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented with a positive and proactive approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Graduation is mandatory.
