Role Description This is a full-time, in office Salesperson role located in Nabadwip. The Salesperson will engage potential customers in person, explain the benefits of Adobe Photoshop –

- Tips &
- Tricks products and services, and guide them toward suitable options. Day-to-day tasks include greeting and consulting visitors, conducting product demonstrations, answering questions, closing sales, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. The role also involves building long-term customer relationships, gathering feedback to improve offerings, collaborating with the marketing and training teams,



and meeting or exceeding individual and team sales targets. The Salesperson is expected to maintain a professional, inclusive, and welcoming environment for all customers.

Qualifications

- Strong sales and customer service skills, including the ability to identify customer needs, present solutions clearly, and close sales effectively.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop or a strong interest in learning digital design tools to confidently explain product features and benefits.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact respectfully with diverse customers in an on-site environment.
- Organizational and record-keeping abilities, including maintaining sales logs, tracking inquiries, and following up with leads.
- Comfort working with computers, internet applications, and point-of-sale or CRM tools.
- Ability to work full time on-site in Nabadwip, manage time effectively, and collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals.
- Prior experience in retail sales, education services, or technology products is beneficial but not required.
- Completion of secondary education; additional training in sales, marketing, or design is a plus.
