Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Goregaon. The Salesperson will engage with prospective students and parents, explain course offerings and fee structures, and guide them through the enrollment process. Daily responsibilities include handling walk-in and phone inquiries, conducting follow-up calls and messages, maintaining accurate records of leads and admissions, and meeting defined sales and admission targets.

The role also involves coordinating with academic and administrative teams,



participating in local promotional activities or events, and providing explicit, respectful communication to ensure a positive experience for all prospective learners.

Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain educational programs clearly and build trust with students and families.
- Sales and customer service abilities, including experience managing inquiries, converting leads, and working toward measurable targets.
- Basic computer proficiency for maintaining records, using CRM or admission management systems, and preparing simple reports.
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple inquiries, follow-ups, and admissions activities efficiently.
- Prior experience in education, coaching classes, or counseling roles is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Comfort working on-site in Goregaon and collaborating with a diverse team in a fast-paced, student-centered environment.
- Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in any field is preferred.
