nDescription: We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead with a deep understanding of Omni Script, Data Raptor, Flex Cards, and Integration Procedures while actively contributing to technical implementation efforts. The role requires a blend of hands-on development, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and troubleshooting/debugging expertise to deliver scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions. The Lead will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions while guiding the development team to ensure project success.

nKey Responsibilities:

nDesign, develop, and deploy Salesforce Health Cloud solutions.

nImplement Omni Studio components, including Omni Script, Data Raptor, Integration Procedures, and Flex Cards.

nCollaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical solutions.

nDevelop and maintain custom Lightning components, Apex classes, and triggers as needed.

nEnsure best practices in Salesforce architecture, security, and performance optimization.

nIntegrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, and other middleware solutions.





nConduct unit testing and participate in code reviews to ensure quality standards.

nTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues, including debugging defects within the Salesforce ecosystem.

nStay updated with Salesforce releases and current features to recommend improvements.

nRequired Qualifications:

n7+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Omni Studio (Omni Script, Data Raptor, Flex Cards, Integration Procedures).

n7+ years of overall Salesforce development experience, including Health Cloud implementation.

nStrong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL.

nExperience in Salesforce configuration, security models, and best practices.

nStrong understanding of Salesforce data modeling, process automation, and declarative development.

nExperience integrating Salesforce with third-party applications.

nSalesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Omni Studio Developer, Health Cloud Consultant, and Platform Developer I/II, are highly preferred.
