Salesforce Solution Architect

We are a Salesforce consulting and digital transformation firm delivering enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions across CRM, data, analytics, and AI. We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to design and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions for enterprise customers.

The ideal candidate should have robust expertise across Salesforce clouds, experience designing enterprise integrations, and the ability to collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities

- Design end-to-end Salesforce solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.
- Provide architectural guidance and technical leadership throughout project delivery.
- Design scalable and secure solutions across Salesforce applications.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, consultants, developers, and technical teams.
- Define integration strategies between Salesforce and enterprise applications.
- Ensure solutions follow Salesforce best practices, governance, scalability, and security standards.
- Review technical designs and provide architectural recommendations.




- Support solution estimation, architecture discussions, and technical workshops.
- Mentor development teams and review solution implementations.
- Prepare solution architecture documentation and technical design artifacts.

Required Qualifications

- 10+ years of IT experience with strong Salesforce implementation experience.
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect.
- Strong expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Experience designing enterprise integrations using Salesforce integration patterns and APIs.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and architecture best practices.
- Experience working on large enterprise Salesforce implementations.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect certification.
- Experience with Field Service Lightning (FSL) and/or Salesforce CPQ is a plus.
- Experience with enterprise integration platforms.
- Experience working in consulting or system integration environments.
- Experience working with global customers.
- Knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies.
