Responsibilities.

- Execute functional, regression, integration, user acceptance and end-to-end testing.
- Create and maintain test cases, test scripts, test data and execution evidence.
- Perform automated tests using the selected Salesforce testing platform and supporting tools.
- Validate Salesforce configuration, custom development, workflows, security, data and integrations.
- Log, prioritize, retest and track defects through closure.
- Perform API testing and support release, deployment and upgrade validation.
- Collaborate with the Testing Lead, developers, architects, business analysts and product teams.
- Follow testing standards and contribute practical improvements to quality processes.

Required experience.
- 5+ years of software quality assurance experience, including Salesforce project testing.
- Hands-on experience testing Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud or other Salesforce clouds.
- Experience with functional,



regression, integration and user acceptance testing.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce data model, security, Flows, Lightning, integration patterns and JavaScript.
- Experience with automation tools such as Provar, Tricentis Tosca, AccelQ or Selenium.
- Experience with API testing tools such as Postman, REST Assured or SoapUI.
- Experience with Agile delivery and defect or test management tools.
- Ability to produce explicit test documentation and communicate defects effectively.
