Job Title: Salesforce Developer

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and implement scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), integrations, and Salesforce customization.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, test, and implement Salesforce customizations using Apex, Triggers, Visualforce, LWC

- Build and maintain REST/SOAP API integrations with external systems

- Customize and configure Salesforce objects, flows, process builders, and validation rules

- Work with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions

- Manage deployments using change sets, Git, and CI/CD tools

- Perform code reviews, troubleshoot issues,



and optimize system performance

- Ensure Salesforce security, data integrity, and best practices

Must-Have Skills

- Solid expertise in Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL

- Experience with Salesforce configuration (objects, workflows, flows, page layouts)

- Hands-on experience with API integrations

- Good understanding of Salesforce Security Model

- Knowledge of Sales Cloud / Service Cloud

- Version control experience (Git)

Good to Have

- Salesforce Platform Developer I / II certification

- Experience with MuleSoft, Copado/Gearset, or other DevOps tools

- Exposure to Agile methodology

Education

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
