Role & Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end Salesforce Auto Cloud + Service Cloud implementations — from discovery to deployment — for enterprise clients in India and APAC.
- Design and configure Salesforce object models, process automations (Flow, Process Builder), validation rules, and Service Console layouts aligned with automotive and service industry standards.
- Integrate Salesforce with ERP, telematics, and customer portals via REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools like MuleSoft or Boomi.
- Mentor junior consultants and manage delivery timelines, quality, and client expectations across remote,



cross-functional teams.
- Translate complex business requirements into technical specs and conduct UAT, training, and post-go-live support for service operations teams.
- Drive adoption of Salesforce best practices — including data governance, security model design, and performance optimization — to ensure scalable, secure deployments.
