Role Description The Relationship Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Salem,



responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of life insurance customers and distribution partners. The role involves meeting prospective and existing customers, understanding their financial needs, and offering suitable ABSLI insurance solutions, while ensuring a high standard of service and compliance with company policies. The Relationship Manager will build and maintain robust relationships with intermediaries and channels, follow up on leads, support policy issuance and renewals, and assist customers with queries and claims-related guidance. The role includes achieving assigned sales and revenue targets, conducting regular review meetings, and providing feedback from the market to help enhance products and processes. Collaboration with internal teams such as operations, underwriting, and customer service is essential to deliver a seamless customer experience.
