Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Teacher role based at an FEA center in Pilibhit. The Teacher will facilitate daily classroom sessions,



typically with youth in the 17+ or 18+ age groups, following FEA’s structured curriculum in English, non-cognitive skills, digital skills, and lifelong learning. Responsibilities include planning and delivering interactive lessons, guiding group discussions, monitoring student progress, and providing constructive feedback to support individual learning goals. The Teacher will use a blend of technology, peer-based activities, and lectures to create an engaging learning setting, while maintaining classroom discipline and a supportive atmosphere. Additional tasks include maintaining class records, participating in training sessions, collaborating with other teachers, and encouraging students to develop self-learning habits beyond the program.
