Assistant Manager – NPD | Fabrication & Heavy Fabrication
Current Product Development: Lead end-to-end NPD activities from concept, feasibility study, design review, prototype development, trials, and product launch.

Fabrication Process Expertise: Strong knowledge of sheet metal fabrication, laser cutting, bending, welding, machining, and heavy fabrication processes, with the ability to optimize manufacturing methods.

Project Coordination: Coordinate with Design, Production, Quality, Purchase, Tooling, and Suppliers to ensure timely completion of NPD projects as per customer requirements.

Cost & Process Improvement: Drive cost reduction, process optimization, productivity improvement, and DFM/DFA initiatives while ensuring quality and manufacturability.

Technical & Team Management: Handle technical problem-solving, prototype validation, engineering changes, documentation, and guide the NPD team to achieve quality, cost, and delivery targets.
