Elite Elevators is looking for a high-performing Business Development Manager to join our Surat team and drive growth in the premium residential segment.
What You’ll Do
Convert company-provided leads into high-value sales.
Engage with HNI/UHNI and premium residential clients through consultative selling.




Own the complete sales journey—from first interaction to successful closure.
Present premium elevator solutions, conduct client meetings, and coordinate demonstrations & site visits.
Lead proposals, commercial negotiations, follow-ups, and closures.
Maintain a strong sales pipeline, forecasts, and CRM discipline.
Work closely with technical, marketing, and sales teams to strengthen our presence in the Surat market.
Who We’re Looking For
Strong B2C sales experience with a proven record of achieving targets.
Experience in luxury, real estate, interiors, construction, automobiles, financial services, or other high-value products is preferred.
Excellent communication, relationship management, negotiation, and closing skills.
Someone who is ambitious, customer-focused, commercially sharp, and driven by results.
