Role Description The Human Resources Intern role at PPStack is a full-time, remote position supporting the HR team in day-to-day operations. Responsibilities include assisting with recruitment activities such as screening applications, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate records. The intern will help administer HR policies and employee benefits,
support onboarding and documentation, and assist with personnel data management. Additional tasks may include preparing HR reports, supporting employee engagement initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve HR processes. This role offers hands-on exposure to HR practices in a agile, fast-paced EdTech environment.
Qualifications
Foundational knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with an interest in developing practical HR skills.
Understanding of HR Policies and Employee Benefits, and the ability to assist in their communication and administration.
Basic skills in Personnel Management, including maintaining accurate employee records and handling sensitive information confidentially.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
Effective written and verbal communication skills
