Role Description The BESS Marketing role is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai. The person in this role will develop and implement marketing strategies that promote Aatral ESP’s sodium-ion BESS solutions to key target markets, including utilities, commercial and industrial customers, and energy project developers. Day-to-day activities include conducting market research, preparing marketing content and presentations, coordinating campaigns,



and supporting sales with lead generation and customer outreach. The role involves collaborating closely with technical and product teams to translate complex product features into explicit value propositions, managing customer communication, and maintaining relationships through responsive follow-up and service. The position also requires monitoring competitor activity, analyzing market trends, and providing regular reports and insights to guide business decisions.
