We’re looking for a Senior Motion Graphics & Reels Video Editor who can turn ideas into scroll-stopping visual content.

This is not just a video-editing role.

We need someone who understands storytelling, motion design, social media attention, advertising creatives and what makes people stop scrolling.

What You’ll Own

• Create high-quality Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and social-first video content
• Produce motion graphics, typography animations, transitions and visual effects
• Edit performance marketing ads designed for clicks, leads and conversions
• Turn raw footage and concepts into engaging short-form stories
• Develop strong hooks for the first 2–3 seconds of every video
• Create product feature videos, launch teasers and brand campaigns
• Produce educational and student-focused content without making it feel boring
• Edit founder-led,



testimonial, interview and promotional content
• Repurpose long-form content into multiple short-form assets
• Work closely with the Marketing Manager, Graphic Designer and Performance Marketing team
• Maintain consistent iQ visual identity across video content
• Experiment with AI-powered creative and editing tools to improve speed and output
• Track creative performance and continuously improve based on audience response

What We’re Looking For

• Strong professional experience in video editing + motion graphics
• Advanced skills in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro
• Solid understanding of pacing, typography, sound design, transitions and visual storytelling
• Excellent understanding of Instagram Reels, Shorts and current social content formats
• Ability to create both premium brand content and high-converting ad creatives
• Strong sense of design and attention to detail
• Ability to work quickl
