Role Description As an Admissions Counselor at The Freethinking School, you will guide prospective families through the admissions process and represent the school’s Montessori and experiential learning philosophy. This full time, on-site role is based in Koramangala, Bengaluru and involves responding to inquiries via phone, email, and in person, and conducting campus tours. You will explain academic programs,



admission criteria, and school policies clearly and accurately, while maintaining detailed records of leads, applications, and enrollments. The role includes coordinating with academic and administrative teams, supporting outreach events, and following up with prospective families to ensure a smooth and positive admissions experience.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills to engage effectively with students, families, and colleagues.
Candidates should possess Customer Service and Sales skills to manage inquiries, build relationships, and support enrollment targets in a professional manner.
Candidates should possess Education-related skills and interest, with an understanding or appreciation of Montessori and experiential learning environments.
