Purpose of the role

Cyberlite works from government policy to the classroom floor. We partner with ministries, schools and delivery partners across Asia Pacific to build cyber education that is sustainable, equitable and actually reaches the students who need it most.
We're looking for a Delivery Lead who wants to work at both ends of that — in ministry meetings and in classrooms, often in the same week.
You'll own delivery across the region. Running programmes and campaigns end to end, training local facilitators so the work continues after we leave, and holding the relationships that let us operate at scale across 16 countries.
This role involves real travel. Southeast Asia, the Pacific islands, places most organisations never reach. If that's the appeal rather than the trade-off, we should talk.

Key responsibilities
Programme & project operations

Partner with the management team to shape, build,



and drive the operational strategy for Cyberlite's programmes, ensuring all activity is purposefully designed and delivered in service of project objectives.
Play an active role in strategic conversations, bringing an operational lens to ensure what we commit to is actually achievable.
Own the translation and execution of strategic decisions into transparent, actionable plans — keeping teams aligned and accountable, progress visible, and risks surfaced early.
Liaise with local partners, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
Maintain organised systems for project documentation, correspondence, agreements, and compliance records.
Maintain a master activity tracker aligned to project timelines and deliverable schedules.
