Role Description This is a full time, on-site Drone Pilot role based in Chennai for a professional with around 5 years of experience and strong expertise in drone calibration. The Drone Pilot will operate drones and UAVs for missions such as mapping, inspections, surveillance, and data collection, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and local regulations.



Daily responsibilities include pre-flight checks, flight planning, payload setup, equipment calibration, and post-flight reporting. The role involves maintaining and troubleshooting drone systems, collaborating with technical teams, and supporting training activities for junior pilots and operators. The Drone Pilot will also help optimize flight procedures and documentation to improve accuracy, efficiency, and operational reliability.
Qualifications
Strong Drone Piloting and UAV operation skills, including hands-on experience with various drone platforms.
Experience with drones and related payloads, including understanding of hardware components and calibration processes.
Piloting and navigation skills for different mission types (mapping, inspection, surveillance) under varied field conditions.
Ability to provide Training and guidance to junior team members on drone operation, safety, and best practices.
Minimum
