Key Responsibilities

* Edit videos for *Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, ads, and social media*.
* Can create AI visuals to make video more interacting .
* Create engaging and visually appealing short-form content.
* Add *transitions, text, subtitles, sound effects, music, and animations* where required.
* Create videos that match Satmi’s *brand identity and visual style*.
* Understand the objective of each video and create edits focused on *engagement and conversions*.
* Select the best clips, shots, music, and hooks to make videos more engaging.
* Work with the *marketing and creative team* to develop video concepts.
* Take feedback and make revisions within the required timelines.
* Stay updated with *Instagram trends, editing styles, hooks, sounds, and content formats*.
* Ensure all final videos are delivered in the required *formats, dimensions, and quality*.
* Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines consistently.
Requirements





* 1–3 years of experience as a *Video Editor*.
* Strong knowledge of *Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects / CapCut* or similar editing tools.
* Good understanding of *short-form video content*.
* Strong sense of *timing, storytelling, pacing, and visual composition*.
* Understanding of social media trends and content formats.
* Ability to create *attention-grabbing hooks* in the first few seconds.
* Basic understanding of *sound design, color correction, typography, and motion graphics*.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
* Good communication and ability to work with a creative team.
* Strong attention to detail and willingness to experiment with recent editing styles.
