Every year, employers and employees spend more than $5 trillion on benefits globally. These products—from health insurance and retirement to fertility,



mental health, telemedicine, and financial wellness—shape some of the most important decisions families make. Yet discovering, purchasing, and managing them remains fragmented, expensive, and confusing.
Rippling is building the first modern benefits marketplace that connects brokers, employers, employees, and benefit providers in one platform. Our benefits vertical includes the Rippling Benefits Platform, a rapidly growing marketplace of more than 100 partners, Rippling-native benefits products, and Rippling PEO.
We are looking for a Growth Product Lead, Benefits Marketplace & PEO to turn these product assets into a scaled growth engine. You will own the strategy and product roadmap to unlock growth by expanding the customers and benefit categories Rippling can serve. This role will play a central role increasing marketplace adoption and revenue.
