The Information Technology Department (ITD) provides technical services in the areas of digital services, IT-related procurement, cybersecurity, IT risk and resilience, data management, digital learning, and digital transformation, ensuring their overall alignment with the Bank's needs and priorities. The team oversees the development and refinement of the IT strategy as well as the effective management of technology resources and the provision of technical support across Bank operations.





The Senior Digital Program Specialist – Investment Operation IT Solutions (Team Lead), reporting to the Lead of Portfolio and Business Solutions Management, will be responsible for leading the delivery, enhancement, and support of digital solutions and programs that enable the Bank's investment operations.

Responsibilities:
Lead and develop a team of digital specialists, business analysts, project managers, and delivery resources.
Provide direction, coaching, performance management, and resource planning to ensure effective delivery of projects and operational support activities.
