About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Engineer to join our dynamic team on a contract-to-hire basis. This role offers an exciting prospect to work on complex data systems that drive critical business decisions. The Data Engineer will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable data solutions that support analytics, reporting, and data-driven initiatives.



The position requires a proactive individual with a strong technical foundation in data architecture, integration, and processing, who can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful results.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess a robust technical skill set and relevant experience, including proficiency in Python and SQL for data querying and manipulation. Experience with big data processing frameworks such as Apache Spark and PySpark is essential. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building and managing data pipelines using tools like Azure Data Factory, Fabric Data Flows, and Fabric Notebooks. Familiarity with cloud-based data warehousing solutions, particularly Microsoft Azure services and Microsoft Fabric, is required. Strong understanding of data modeling, storage solutions like Azure SQL Database and Delta Lake, and data governance principles are also necessary. Excellent problem-solving skill
