Role Description The Admin HR role at Eunoia Designtech is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. The Admin HR skilled will handle day-to-day human resources operations,



including maintaining employee records, supporting recruitment activities, coordinating onboarding and induction, and assisting with performance evaluation processes. The role involves implementing HR policies, managing attendance and leave systems, coordinating employee benefits documentation, and ensuring compliance with company procedures and local regulations. This person will also support general administrative tasks such as organizing meetings, maintaining office documentation, and facilitating communication between management and team members. The Admin HR professional will contribute to a positive workplace culture by assisting in employee engagement initiatives and addressing routine HR-related queries.
Qualifications

Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with the ability to support daily HR operations and processes.
