Role Description The Field Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata, responsible for driving sales of Kepro’s lifting equipment and welding solutions in assigned territories. The role involves visiting industrial clients,



conducting product presentations and demonstrations, understanding customer requirements, and recommending appropriate solutions from the product portfolio. The Field Sales Executive will generate leads, manage the sales pipeline, prepare quotations, negotiate pricing and terms within company guidelines, and work to close orders. The position also includes maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, gathering market and competitor insights, coordinating with internal teams for delivery and after-sales support, and preparing regular sales reports and forecasts.
