Role Description This is a full time, Proposal Engineer role based in the Pune Division. The Proposal Engineer will be responsible for preparing technical and commercial proposals, including reviewing tender documents, interpreting client requirements, and developing compliant and competitive bid packages.



The role involves coordinating with engineering, procurement, sales, and manufacturing teams to gather inputs, estimate costs, and define scope of work and timelines. The Proposal Engineer will support pre-sales activities, participate in client discussions, and provide clarifications on proposals as needed. Day-to-day tasks include documentation, pricing and costing, risk identification, and maintaining proposal records and templates to ensure timely and accurate submissions.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Proposal Preparation and Proposal Writing skills, including the ability to create clear, structured technical and commercial proposals.
