Role Description The Territory Sales Manager | Vijayawada is a full-time, on-site role responsible for driving sales and growth for FACE Prep’s training and placement-focused programs within the Vijayawada region. This role involves identifying and developing relationships with colleges, training partners, and institutional stakeholders,



presenting FACE Prep solutions, and closing sales opportunities. The person in this position will manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including lead generation, product demonstrations, negotiations, and post-sales follow-up to ensure satisfaction and renewals. Day-to-day activities include planning territory outreach, conducting meetings and presentations, coordinating with internal teams to align offerings with client needs, and tracking performance against sales targets. The Territory Sales Manager will also gather market feedback, support student engagement initiatives, and represent FACE Prep at events and campus activities in the region.
Qualifications
Strong Communication skills, including presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management, preferably in education, training, or related service sectors.
