Role Description The Technical Support Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, supporting learners and partners using the Mindenious platform. In this role, the specialist responds to user queries, investigates reported issues, and provides timely resolutions through various support channels such as email, chat, and phone. The position involves diagnosing technical and usability problems, coordinating with internal teams to escalate complex issues,



and documenting solutions and FAQs for future reference. The specialist monitors platform performance from the user perspective, follows up to ensure customer satisfaction, and contributes feedback to improve product features and student experience. This role also includes maintaining accurate support logs, adhering to service-level expectations, and participating in continuous improvement of support processes.
