Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Development Representative role based in Bengaluru South. The Sales Development Representative will identify and qualify prospective eCommerce brands, conduct outreach via calls, emails, and social channels,



and schedule discovery meetings for the sales team. The role involves researching target accounts, understanding their business needs, and presenting Velocity’s funding and enablement solutions in a clear, compelling manner. The individual will maintain accurate records in CRM tools, collaborate closely with account executives and marketing, and meet or exceed pipeline generation and lead conversion targets. The role also includes continuous learning about Velocity’s products, industry trends, and competitive landscape to support consultative conversations with potential customers.
Qualifications
Solid prospecting and lead qualification skills, including experience with outbound calls, emails, and social selling.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and conduct clear, concise conversations with business stakeholders.
Comfort with CRM and sales tools (such as Salesforce or similar platforms
