About the Role
We are looking for PR/PO Executives to support our procurement operations and ensure smooth, timely processing of purchase requisitions, purchase orders, vendor coordination, documentation, and invoice/payment-related activities.
The role is highly execution-oriented and requires strong attention to detail, follow-up skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders.

What you'll do:
Create and process Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs) accurately and within defined timelines.
Coordinate with internal teams to collect required procurement details, approvals, and documentation.
Follow up with vendors on PO acceptance, order status, delivery timelines, invoices, and pending documents.
Ensure POs are processed accurately as per approved requirements, pricing, and commercial terms.
Coordinate with Finance/AP teams for invoice submission, verification, payment processing, and resolution of payment-related queries.
Maintain and update procurement trackers covering PRs, POs, vendor status, invoices, payments,



and pending actions.
Ensure all procurement-related documents are properly maintained and readily available for reference/audit.
Track open and pending POs and proactively follow up with relevant stakeholders to ensure closure.
Identify discrepancies in POs, invoices, quantities, pricing, or documentation and coordinate for timely resolution.
Support the procurement team with MIS, reports, and day-to-day operational activities.
Ensure adherence to internal procurement processes, approval workflows, and documentation requirements.

What We’re Looking For:
1–3 years of experience in procurement operations, purchase coordination, supply chain operations, or a similar role.
Hands-on experience with PR/PO creation and processing.
Good understanding of procurement and purchase-to-pay processes.
Robust vendor follow-up and stakeholder coordination skills.
Good working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Shee
