Role Description The Agency Manager role is a full time, on-site position based in Kanpur, responsible for driving business growth through a network of insurance agents. This role involves recruiting, onboarding, and training agency partners,



setting performance targets, and providing ongoing coaching to help them achieve sales and service objectives. The Agency Manager will plan and execute local sales strategies, monitor performance metrics, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines. Daily responsibilities include market mapping, joint field visits, customer meetings, and support in closing health insurance sales while maintaining high standards of customer service. The role also requires regular reporting, collaboration with branch and regional teams, and participation in promotional activities to strengthen ABHICL’s presence in the Kanpur market.
