Role Description The Relationship Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Kolkata, responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with hospital, medical institute, and hotel clients. This role includes serving as the primary point of contact, understanding client requirements, coordinating service schedules, and ensuring delivery commitments are met.



The Relationship Manager will monitor service quality, handle inquiries and escalations, and maintain regular communication through meetings, calls, and reports. They will collaborate with operations and logistics teams to address client feedback, support process improvements, and identify opportunities to expand services. The role also involves preparing basic documentation, maintaining client records, and supporting business development initiatives within assigned accounts.
Qualifications
Client relationship and account management skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term partnerships.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with hospital and hotel stakeholders at different levels.
Basic coordination and organizational skills to manage schedules, follow up on deliveries, and track service performance.
