Role Description This is a full time, on-site Sales Manager role based in India. The Sales Manager will oversee and grow sales of industrial networking, computing, and automation products and solutions.



Responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing existing customer accounts, and cultivating relationships with system integrator partners and OEMs. The role involves preparing and delivering technical-commercial proposals, coordinating with engineering teams to align solutions with customer requirements, and negotiating contracts to achieve revenue and margin targets. The Sales Manager will track market trends, maintain an accurate sales pipeline, provide regular forecasting and reporting, and represent Aditech at customer meetings, industry events, and trainings.
