Role Description The Operations and Research Analyst is a full-time, in office role based in Gurugram. The role involves supporting day-to-day operational processes related to investment and real estate advisory, including data collection, validation,



and reporting for internal teams and clients. The analyst will conduct quantitative and qualitative research on financial markets, investment products, and real estate opportunities, and prepare analytical summaries, dashboards, and presentations to assist decision-making. Responsibilities include maintaining and improving operational workflows, monitoring portfolio and transaction data, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of records, and coordinating with advisors and external partners as needed. The analyst is expected to contribute to process improvements, support compliance and documentation requirements, and provide ongoing analytical insights to enhance client service.
Qualifications
