JD:Support EngineerEssential Job Functions? Familiarity with the Okta identity and access management (IAM) platform, its operation,functions and processes? Assist with the transition of recent and existing applications into Okta SSO and federationservices, while enhancing web access management, and directory service environment? Perform necessary platform configurations and configurations related to integratingapplications with Okta for SSO and federation services (OIDC and SAML2)? Manage existing integrations and support technical integration needs (design anddevelopment) that facilitate connectivity between SSO, directory, and provisioning tools? Monitoring system operation and performance for potential problems? Researching, testing, and verifying proper functioning of software patches and fixes? Documenting design specifications, system configurations and standard operatingprocedures (SOP's)? Support and troubleshoot end user password reset, account suspension, multifactorauthentication (MFA) and SSO issues? Create/delete groups,



create/remove users, create/clear user tokens in groups, managegroup permissions, edit MFA factors, monitor and respond to ticket queue, run anddownload reports? Occasionally support production changes and disaster recovery tests outside of normalworking hoursRequired Qualifications? 5+ years of professional experience in the Information Technologies field - Required? Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience - Required? Experience with using and administering Okta - Required? Experience with assisting end user authentication issues - Required? Familiarity with single sign-on technologies (OIDC & SAMLs) -Required? Experience with assisting end user authentication issues - Required? Okta administration certification - Not required, but a plus? Supporting users in the Asian and EuropeanWork Experience 7-10Years
