Role Description
Own the enablement, governance, and scaling of Microsoft Copilot across the enterprise - agents, plugins, connectors, and advanced extensibility - so that high-value capabilities are adopted securely, compliantly, and cost-effectively. The role curates and prioritizes what gets rolled out, drives capabilities through end-to-end approvals,



and enforces the guardrails and lifecycle controls that keep Copilot trustworthy at scale. It requires balancing innovation velocity with risk management and operational rigor.

Key Responsibilities
Capability Prioritization & Enablement
Curate, prioritize, and roll out Copilot agents, connectors, and extensibility features based on business value and roadmap fit.
Maintain a prioritized backlog and release pipeline of capabilities, balancing demand from the business against enterprise readiness.
Support enablement campaigns, documentation, and training so users adopt capabilities in the intended, governed way.
Governance & Approvals
Lead end-to-end approval processes with Security, Legal, Privacy, and Architecture, ensuring every capability meets enterprise compliance and risk standards before release.
Own the intake-to-approval workflow - capability assessment, risk review, sign-off, and exception handling.
