Role Description The HRMS/CRM Sales Executive role is a full-time, in office position based in Delhi, India. The HRMS/CRM Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and qualifying leads, conducting product demos,



and presenting HRMS and CRM solutions to prospective clients. The role involves managing the end-to-end sales cycle, including proposal development, negotiations, and closure of deals, while maintaining accurate sales pipelines and reporting in CRM tools. The individual will collaborate with product and implementation teams to ensure smooth onboarding and support, gather client feedback to inform product improvements, and participate in industry events or client meetings as needed. Day-to-day activities include outbound outreach, relationship building with key decision-makers, and meeting defined sales and revenue targets.
Qualifications
Strong skills in B2B sales, account management, and lead generation, with experience selling HRMS, CRM, or SaaS solutions.
Ability to conduct product presentations and demos, translate business requirements into solution benefits, and prepare persuasive proposals.
