The Role

We are looking for a hands-on Technical Recruiter who can own technical searches from requirement intake through offer acceptance.

* Product & Technical Program Management
* QA / Automation
* Enterprise Applications

This is a delivery-focused role. You’ll work closely with hiring managers and recruiting leadership to understand requirements, develop sourcing strategies, engage passive candidates, and close positions quickly without compromising quality.





What You’ll Do

Own the search. Understand the role beyond the job description — technology stack, seniority, compensation, team structure and what actually makes someone successful.

Source proactively. Build pipelines through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, databases and creative sourcing techniques rather than relying on inbound applications.

Evaluate technical talent. Conduct solid recruiter screens and understand technology well enough to distinguish genuine hands-on experience from keywords on a résumé.

Manage the entire recruiting lifecycle. Sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate engagement, feedback, offer negotiation and closure.

Partner with hiring managers. Challenge requirements when necessary, recalibrate searches quickly and provide real market intelligence.

Recruit globally. Support technical hiring across India, the US and other international markets based on client requ
