Role Description This is a full-time, in office HR Recruiter role based in Kochi. The HR Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including understanding staffing needs, drafting job descriptions, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling and coordinating interviews. The role involves maintaining candidate pipelines,



managing communication with applicants, and supporting hiring managers in selection and offer processes. The HR Recruiter will also assist with onboarding new employees, maintaining recruitment records, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and relevant labor regulations. In addition, the role may support employer branding initiatives, campus drives, and HR projects aimed at improving talent acquisition and retention.
Qualifications

Strong skills in candidate sourcing, resume screening, and interview coordination.
