We are seeking an experienced and highly analytical Senior Researcher with a background in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Urban Planning or a related discipline. This is an opportunity to play a leading role in shaping construction market intelligence across global markets. This role will lead the development of construction market research and insights across key sectors such as data centres, life sciences, high-tech industrial and commercial. The successful candidate will manage research projects from inception to completion, analyse complex datasets, identify market trends, develop evidence-based viewpoints and provide strategic insights that support business and client decision-making.
The role requires strong analytical capability, commercial awareness, critical thinking and communication skills. Beyond data collection and analysis, the successful candidate will be expected to interpret findings, challenge assumptions, identify implications and communicate clear conclusions through high-quality client-facing deliverables.
