We are seeking a talented professional to define and enhance project management
processes within our Product Engineering department. The successful candidate
will play a crucial role in optimizing and digitalizing processes, methods, and
tools to improve overall operational performance. This role is based in Chennai,
India, and offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our
business operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

* To optimize/define current process and methods to drive project management
* Analyze data on process performance, identify causes of inefficiencies, adopt
solutions to continuously improve
* Collaborate with stakeholders to align and implement process changes
* To use digital tools, including AI tools, to secure the best possible
solutions in the least possible time.
* Ensure processes established are followed in business execution by conducting
audits and/or joining established internal forums

QUALIFICATIONS

* Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.




* Certification in a recognized Project Management program
* 5-10 years of experience, including 3+ years in automobile domain in
engineering, project management or related functions.
* Hands on experience in implementing digital solutions using latest AI tools
is desirable.
* Project Management skills with experience in Commercial vehicle or Automotive
OEM is desirable
* Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to process
optimization.
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with
diverse stakeholders.
* Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to process improvement.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* A passion for continuous improvement and a commitment to driving operational
excellence.
