Webnyxa Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator / Business Analyst with strong functional Salesforce knowledge, hands-on configuration experience, and exposure to development, UAT, deployments, and production support.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across the Salesforce delivery lifecycle - from requirement gathering and functional analysis to configuration, testing, UAT, deployment, and post-release support.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Translate requirements into functional solutions, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Configure Salesforce custom objects, fields, relationships, record types, page layouts, Lightning pages, validation rules, and security settings.
- Build and maintain Salesforce Flows and process automation.
- Work with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud .
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards.
- Support profiles, roles, permission sets, user access, and Salesforce security.
- Assist with data migration, Data Loader activities, and data validation.
- Perform functional testing and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Investigate defects and production issues and coordinate their resolution.
- Support deployments, release activities, and post-deployment validation.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, business users, developers, QA teams, and other stakeholders.
- Support or contribute to Salesforce development tasks based on experience, including Apex, SOQL, Lightning/LWC, OmniStudio, and integrations.

Required Skills & Experience




- 5+ years of Salesforce experience preferred.
- Strong Salesforce Administration and Business Analysis experience.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration and Flow Builder.
- Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Good understanding of Salesforce security, data models, reports, and dashboards.
- Experience with requirement gathering, user stories, and stakeholder communication.
- Experience with functional testing and UAT.
- Experience supporting deployments, production releases, and post-release activities.
- Experience with data migration and Data Loader.
- Familiarity with Salesforce development concepts such as Apex, SOQL, Lightning/LWC, OmniStudio, or integrations.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Robust communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Certified Administrator
- Salesforce Platform Developer I
- Salesforce Business Analyst certification or equivalent practical experience
- OmniStudio Developer / OmniStudio Consultant certification or experience
- Experience with Experience Cloud
- Experience with Gearset, Flosum, Azure DevOps , or similar release-management tools
- Insurance-domain Salesforce experience is a plus
