- Develop and deliver sales training programmes for current and existing sales team members.

- Conduct training on product knowledge, sales techniques, customer handling, negotiation, and closing skills.

- Train sales teams on medical equipment products, their applications, features, benefits, and competitive positioning.

- Conduct classroom, online, field-based, and product demonstration training.

- Work closely with the sales and product teams to identify training requirements and skill gaps.

- Conduct role plays, assessments, mock customer interactions, and practical training sessions.

- Support new employees during their onboarding and initial field training.

- Evaluate training effectiveness and provide feedback to sales managers and leadership.





- Develop and maintain training materials, presentations, product guides, and assessment modules.

- Conduct refresher training and update teams on new products, market developments, and sales strategies.

- Accompany sales teams on field visits when required to assess performance and provide coaching.

- Track training attendance, assessments, performance improvement, and training-related MIS.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
