About Shuttle ExpressnShuttle Express is expanding its Corporate & MICE business and is seeking experienced, results-oriented Sales Professionals to join our growing team.

nWe have multiple openings for both Sales Team Leaders and Sales Executives / Sales Agents.

Open Positionsn1. Sales Team Leader – Corporate & MICE

nExperience: 4–5+ years

n2. Sales Executive / Sales Agent – Corporate & MICE

nExperience: 2+ years preferred

Key Responsibilitiesn

n
- Generate new B2B business across Corporate, MICE and Events
n
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients
n
- Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into clients
n
- Handle corporate transportation and MICE requirements
n
- Manage sales pipeline and achieve monthly revenue targets
n
- Build long-term relationships with corporates, travel companies, event agencies and DMCs
n
- Prepare and negotiate commercial proposals
n
- Coordinate with internal operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery
n
- For Team Leaders: lead, mentor and manage the sales team and drive overall revenue growth

n

Candidate ProfilenWe are looking for professionals with hands-on experience in Corporate Car Rentals, Chauffeur-Driven Transportation, Ground Transportation, MICE, Events or Corporate Travel.

nThe ideal candidate should have:

- Proven B2B sales/business development experience
n
- Strong corporate and MICE client network
n
- Good understanding of the ground transportation industry
n
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
n
- Solid lead-generation and client-acquisition capabilities
n
- A target-driven and result-oriented approach
n
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
