Role Summary

Responsible for supporting IFD Sales operations, managing north-region operational activities, coordinating with IFDs/IFAs, and ensuring smooth execution of sales support functions.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide timely resolution of operational and service-related queries from Relationship Managers and IFDs.
- Coordinate with Registrars, Operations Teams, Asset Management Companies (AMCs), and other internal stakeholders for smooth execution.
- Deliver end-to-end service support to Independent Financial Distributors (IFDs).
- Track renewal data and coordinate with IFDs to ensure timely renewals.
- Engage inactive IFDs and support activation initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with KYC requirements and maintain documentation across financial products.
- Keep IFDs informed about current investment opportunities, products, and business updates.
- Coordinate training programs,



distributor engagement activities, and business events.
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports and ensure timely coordination with relevant departments.
- Build strong relationships with IFDs to enhance engagement and service quality.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Experience in Wealth Management, Mutual Funds, Fixed Income, Life Insurance, or General Insurance.
- Good understanding of the Independent Financial Distributor (IFD) channel.
- Knowledge of primary market investment products.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- NISM Series V-A Certification is mandatory.
