nLeadzo (leadzo.co.in) is a lead marketplace connecting customers with verified professionals across 155 categories in 7 segments - Martech, Home Services, Legal, Health, Education, Construction and more.

nThe platform is live, and we're in scale mode: onboarding sellers, driving buyer volume, and building the sales engine behind it. You'd be joining early enough that how we sell is still being decided.

nThe Role

nYou'll own the full outbound cycle to service businesses - building the target list, cold calling, pitching, and closing credit pack sales to owner-operators and SMB founders.

nYou'll be the third rep on the sales team. You'll work directly with the founder on GTM, not sit on a siloed floor.

nYou're a fit if you:

n
- Have 1-3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, or Account Management, B2B sales
n
- Have made cold calls and written outreach emails that actually convert
n
- You understand the digital advertising/tech landscape
n
- Are comfortable with CRM tools (any - we'll adapt)
n




- Understand the digital/tech landscape well enough to explain a platform product confidently
n
- Communicate clearly in English - verbal and written
n
- Who sets the example for work ethic, drive, attitude, and determination
n
- Are a self-starter who doesn't need to be chased for follow-ups
n
- Have the emotional intelligence to read a prospect and adapt on the fly
n
- Want to grow fast and are willing to outwork the room to get there

nBonus if you've sold into SMBs at a marketplace or listings business - JustDial, IndiaMART, Sulekha, Practo, PolicyBazaar, or similar.
