: We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Sales Executives to join our team. Roles & ResponsibilitiesAttend and assist customers in the showroom. Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products.
Explain product features, specifications, prices, and offers. Show products and help customers with product selection. Check product availability and coordinate with the store/warehouse team. Ensure the correct product and quantity are checked before handing over to the customer.
Handle customer enquiries and follow up on pending orders. Achieve daily and monthly sales targets. Maintain proper product display and showroom cleanliness. Coordinate with Cashier and Store Manager for smooth billing and order processing.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive customer relationships. Follow company rules, sales procedures, and store policies. RequirementsGood communication and customer-handling skills. Sales-oriented and positive attitude.
Basic computer knowledge is preferred. Freshers can apply. Retail/counter sales experience will be an advantage.
