Inside Sales Executive - B2B Outbound Sales n Location: Bengaluru

About the Role n We are looking for a high-energy Inside Sales Executive to drive our outbound sales engine. You will be responsible for reaching out to our Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), starting conversations with decision-makers, qualifying prospects, and converting them into qualified sales meetings.
n This is a high-activity, target-driven role where consistency, communication skills and the ability to handle rejection are critical.
Key Responsibilities n
n
Make 100+ outbound calls every day to targeted ICP accounts.n
Speak with decision-makers and clearly communicate our value proposition.n
Qualify leads based on business requirements, fit, need and buying intent.n
Identify genuine prospects and book qualified meetings for the sales team.n
Manage leads end-to-end from first contact → qualification → meeting booking → handover .n
Conduct regular follow-ups with interested prospects through calls,



WhatsApp and email.n
Maintain accurate lead and call records in the CRM.n
Continuously improve calling scripts, objection handling and conversion rates.n

Follow-up discipline and CRM hygiene

Excellent spoken communication and interpersonal skills n
Comfortable making a high volume of calls every dayn
Confident speaking with business owners and senior decision-makersn
Robust persuasion and objection-handling skills n
Persistent, target-oriented and self-motivatedn
Ability to learn quickly and understand a B2B product/businessn
Prior experience in telecalling, inside sales, B2B sales or business development is a plu
