The Opportunity

We are seeking an energetic, customer-centric In-Store Sales Promoter to be the face of MecTURING at the prestigious Sathya store in Kozhikode, Kerala. In this role, you will be responsible for showcasing our flagship robotic appliances, delivering hands-on product demonstrations, engaging walk-in shoppers, and driving high-conversion retail sales.

Key Responsibilities:

- Customer Engagement: Welcome and proactively engage store walk-in visitors to introduce MecTURING’s next-gen smart home portfolio.
- Live Product Demonstrations: Conduct interactive, persuasive product demos showcasing features,



practical everyday benefits, and value propositions.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed assigned daily, weekly, and monthly in-store sales targets.
- Relationship Management: Build strong team-oriented relationships with floor staff, department heads, and store management at Sathya.
- Merchandising & Brand Standards: Ensure the MecTURING demo counter and display units are immaculate, fully operational, and aligned with company visual standards.
- Objection Handling: Address customer inquiries, explain pricing, warranty, and payment options confidently to close sales on the spot.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate daily logs of customer interactions, footfall interest, demo counts, and sales numbers for the reporting manager.

- Who We Are Looking For:

- Educational Background: 12th Pass or Graduate in any stream.
- Experience: Prior experience in consumer electronics, small domestic appliances (SDA), or general retail sales/brand promotion is highly preferred. Freshers with exceptional communication and drive are also encouraged to apply.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent Malayalam is mandatory; working proficiency in English is a plus.
- Skills & Personality: Presentable, energetic, persuasive communicator with an aptitude for learning new technology and demonstrating consumer gadgets.
- Commitment: Flexibility and willingness to work full-time retail store shifts (including weekends, with scheduled weekly offs).
