nResponsibilities

n Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure

nthey do not turn to competition

n Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and

nrequirements





n Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously

nproposing solutions that meet their objectives

n Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in

na timely manner

n Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal

nteams

n Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with

ncomplaints to maintain trust

n Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-

nlasting relationships

n Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and

nexternal stakeholders using key account metrics
