Job Brief:- AU Small Finance Bank Limited is seeking a dedicated and results-driven Sales Officer to join our agile Sales Department. This role is pivotal in driving the bank's growth by effectively promoting and selling our financial products and services to a diverse customer base. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the financial services industry, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets. This position requires strategic planning, customer relationship management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance market penetration and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:-

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve branch and bank-wide targets for financial products and services.
- Identify and engage potential customers through market research, networking, and lead generation activities.
- Conduct detailed needs analysis to recommend appropriate banking solutions tailored to individual and business clients.




- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to design and execute promotional campaigns and sales initiatives.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt sales approaches and improve service delivery.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies during all sales processes.
- Provide training and guidance to junior sales staff to enhance team performance and knowledge.
- Participate in community outreach programs and financial literacy initiatives to enhance the bank’s brand presence.
